Led by Zack, a qualified personal trainer, the program offers personalised planning and consistent support to ensure your child trains with purpose and care - whether that’s with weights, resistance bands, or just bodyweight, we’ve got it sorted.

What’s Included:

  • 30-Minute Phone or Zoom Consultation: We start with a one-on-one session to understand your child’s strengths, challenges, and basketball aspirations.

  • Goal Setting: Together, we set clear, achievable goals to keep motivation high and progress measurable.

  • Custom Training Plan: Whether training at home or in the gym, your child receives a personalised workout routine designed to improve their skills, conditioning, and confidence.

  • 7 Days a Week Support: Ongoing access to expert advice and encouragement via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger—ask questions anytime, get feedback, and stay on track.

  • Fortnightly Check-Ins: Regular progress reviews to adjust the program, celebrate achievements, and keep your child motivated.
