Terms of service

By registering my child for the coaching clinic, I confirm that my child is in good health and fit to participate in physical activity. I agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the coaching staff. I understand the risks involved and consent to my child receiving basic first aid if necessary. I will inform the organisers of any relevant medical conditions or allergies prior to attendance. I acknowledge that the organisers are not responsible for personal injury, illness, or loss of belongings. All fees are non-refundable except in the case of clinic cancellation by Kaha Club. If I purchase a concession pass, I understand that it is valid only for the stated date range (20th July to 5 October 2025) and cannot be extended beyond that period. I am aware there will be no session held on 7 September 2025. I understand that missed sessions, whether casual or part of a concession pass, are not refundable or transferable. In special cases such as illness or injury, I may contact Kaha Club to discuss possible options at their discretion. I agree to ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of my child, and understand that disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the clinic without refund. I also acknowledge that respectful behaviour is expected from both participants and parents toward coaches, staff, and other attendees. I agree to provide up-to-date emergency contact details and remain reachable during each session. I also consent to the use of photos or videos taken during sessions for Kaha Club promotional purposes, unless I have communicated otherwise in writing. Sessions are designed for children in Years 7 to 10. If my child falls outside this range, I understand I must contact Kaha Club prior to booking to confirm suitability.
